Klaviyo agency Manchester: ecommerce email that earns its 25–35%

Klaviyo built properly: flows, campaigns and segmentation that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers, and email into your store’s best margin.

For an ecommerce brand, email should be driving 25–35% of revenue. That is not an aspiration; it is the benchmark across well-run stores. If your email revenue is under 10%, the gap is usually mechanical (missing flows, a default-settings Klaviyo account, campaigns sent to everyone or no one), and closing it is some of the fastest money in ecommerce.

Klaviyo is our platform of choice because it is built for this: purchase data driving segments, predictive analytics worth using, and flows that respond to what people actually do in your store. We handle full setup and migration, the core revenue flows, a campaign rhythm your list can sustain, and the segmentation that keeps deliverability healthy while everyone else’s promotions rot in spam.

Email is one leg of the ecommerce stool. The others are ecommerce SEO to bring buyers in without renting them from Meta, and a store built to convert once they arrive. We build all three to work together.

What’s included

Klaviyo setup & migration

Full account build or migration: integrations, tracking, signup forms and deliverability done properly.

Core revenue flows

Abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase, browse abandonment and win-back, built in revenue order.

Campaign calendar

Promotions, launches and seasonal sends planned around your trading year, written and shipped.

Segmentation strategy

VIPs, new buyers, at-risk and lapsed customers each getting email that fits, not one blast for all.

Deliverability management

List hygiene, sending reputation and authentication, because an email in spam earns nothing.

Revenue reporting

Email-attributed revenue by flow and campaign, monthly, against that 25–35% benchmark.

What a Klaviyo agency actually builds

A retention engine in four layers: the account itself (integrations, tracking, signup forms, deliverability), the core revenue flows built with the same discipline as our email marketing automation services, a campaign calendar planned around your trading year, and the segmentation that decides who gets what. Default-settings Klaviyo accounts leave most of this switched off, which is usually where the missing revenue is hiding.

Reporting is the easy part, because Klaviyo attributes revenue per email. Every month you see what each flow and campaign made against the 25–35% benchmark, and the plan adjusts to whatever the numbers say.

Why ecommerce brands use a specialist ecommerce email marketing agency

Because ecommerce email is its own trade. Segments driven by purchase history, browse behaviour triggering sends, predicted next-order dates deciding timing: none of it resembles sending a newsletter, and generalist agencies routinely leave the deep features idle. The brands winning at retention treat email as infrastructure, not broadcasts.

It also cannot carry a store alone. Email converts the audience that ecommerce SEO brings in without rented clicks, and everything lands harder when ecommerce web design has built a store that converts the visit. We are based in Manchester; the stores we run email for sell UK-wide.

Questions, answered honestly

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to your email platform and store admin, sight of your analytics, and an hour with whoever knows your customers best. From there we audit what already exists, agree the plan and start building in revenue order. Most brands are surprised how little of their time it takes.

How quickly will email revenue improve?

Flows earn from the day they go live: abandoned cart alone is usually the biggest early win, often within the first month. Getting from under 10% of revenue to the 25%+ range typically takes three to six months of flows, campaigns and segmentation working together.

Why Klaviyo over Mailchimp or others?

For ecommerce, Klaviyo’s integration with your store data is simply deeper: purchase history, predicted next order, real revenue attribution per email. Mailchimp is fine for a newsletter; it is not built for running a store’s retention engine. We will be honest if Klaviyo is more platform than your store needs yet.

We already have Klaviyo. Can you take it over?

Yes. Most of our ecommerce email work starts with an existing account that was set up quickly and never revisited. We audit it, fix the foundations, rebuild the underperforming flows and take over the sending. No need to start from scratch.

Will more email mean more unsubscribes?

Some, and that is fine: people who never buy leaving your list actually improves deliverability. What matters is revenue per send and list health, both of which improve with proper segmentation. The brands with the highest email revenue send more than you would dare, but never to everyone.
