What we collect
Information you give us directly (name, email, phone number and anything you include when you contact us or book a consultation), and standard website analytics data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) collected via cookies with your consent.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, deliver services you’ve engaged us for, improve this website, and (only where you’ve agreed) send occasional marketing. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interest and consent respectively.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run the business (hosting, email, analytics), under their own data-processing terms. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to two years after last contact. Client records: six years, for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics: per the retention settings of the analytics platform.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time: email james@jmdigitalsolutions.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
